Joint Sitting of Parliament approves the Proclamation of Emergency in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Article 232(7))

Resolution of the Joint Sitting (Majlis-e-Shoora), dated 15 October 2026, as published on the National Assembly of Pakistan website:

“The Joint Sitting approves under clause (7) of Article 232 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Proclamation of Emergency issued by the President on the 11th October, 2026, in the Province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.”
