Pakistan says no finality exists on a reported US visit by Field Marshal Asim Munir and no decision has been taken on sending troops to Gaza, The Thursday Times confirms.

Pakistan’s Field Marshal Asim Munir warned that there is no room for war in a nuclear environment, asserting that Pakistan will respond decisively to any provocation and that India will bear full responsibility for any escalation. He reaffirmed Pakistan’s unwavering stance on the establishment of an independent and sovereign Palestinian state with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital.

حماس نے صدر ٹرمپ کی امن تجویز پر مشروط رضامندی ظاہر کرتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ وہ قیدیوں کے تبادلے اور غزہ کی انتظامیہ ایک آزاد فلسطینی ادارے کو منتقل کرنے پر تیار ہے، تاہم اس نے واضح کیا ہے کہ غزہ کے مستقبل اور فلسطینی عوام کے حقوق کا تعین قومی اتفاق رائے اور بین الاقوامی قوانین کے مطابق ہونا چاہیے۔
