وزیراعظم شہباز شریف کی زیر صدارت اجلاس میں لگژری گاڑیوں میں استعمال ہونے والے ہائی آکٹین فیول پر لیوی بڑھا کر 300 روپے فی لیٹر کر دی گئی ہے۔ حکومتی اعلامیے کے مطابق اس فیصلے سے ماہانہ تقریباً 9 ارب روپے کی بچت ہو گی اور عام صارفین کے زیر استعمال ایندھن، پبلک ٹرانسپورٹ اور فضائی کرایوں میں کوئی اضافہ نہیں کیا جائے گا۔

پیٹرول کی قیمت میں فی لیٹر 10 روپے، ہائی سپیڈ ڈیزل کی قیمت میں فی لیٹر 13 روپے 6 پیسے، لائٹ ڈیزل آئل کی قیمت میں 12 روپے 12 پیسے جبکہ کیروسین آئل کی قیمت میں11 روپے 15 پیسے کمی کا اعلان کر دیا گیا ہے۔

پیٹرول کی قیمت میں 6 روپے 17 پیسے جبکہ ڈیزل کی قیمت میں 10 روپے 86 پیسے فی لیٹر کمی کی گئی۔ قیمتوں میں کمی کے بعد پیٹرول کی قیمت 269 روپے 43 پیسے فی لیٹر جبکہ ہائی اسپیڈ ڈیزل کی قیمت 272 روپے 77 پیسے فی لیٹر ہوگئی ہے۔
