China has announced that two Pakistani astronauts will undergo joint training with Chinese crews, with one set to join a short-duration space mission as a payload specialist. The move represents a historic milestone in Pakistan-China scientific and technological collaboration under their expanding space partnership.

پاکستانی خلابازی مشن میں نئی پیشرفت؛ دو پاکستانی خلا باز چینی خلا بازوں کے ساتھ مشترکہ تربیت حاصل کریں گے، جن میں سے ایک کو آئندہ مختصر دورانیے کے خلائی مشن کے لیے منتخب کیا جائے گا۔ یہ تعاون چین اور پاکستان کے درمیان فروری میں طے پانے والے خلائی معاہدے کے تحت عمل میں آیا ہے۔

Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Asif warned that Islamabad possesses the capability to push the Taliban “back into the caves” if provoked, asserting that even a fraction of Pakistan’s military strength could dismantle the regime. He said Pakistan chose dialogue for peace at the request of allied Islamic nations but cautioned that any act of terrorism or aggression from Afghan soil would meet a decisive response.

پاکستان کو طالبان حکومت کو ختم کرنے کے لیے اپنے اسلحے کا ایک معمولی حصہ بھی استعمال کرنے کی ضرورت نہیں، اگر ضرورت پڑی تو ہم طالبان کو دوبارہ غاروں میں دھکیلنے کی صلاحیت رکھتے ہیں۔ پاکستان امن چاہتا ہے مگر اپنی خودمختاری اور قومی سلامتی کے دفاع میں کسی بھی جارحیت کا منہ توڑ جواب دیا جائے گا۔

After failed negotiations with the Afghan Taliban in Doha and Istanbul, Pakistan warned it would take all necessary steps to protect its citizens and eliminate militant groups it blames for cross-border attacks, signalling a potential escalation in regional tensions.
