Field Marshal Asim Munir traveled to Tehran on Monday for his third visit this year, meeting Iran's newly appointed military leadership as Pakistan works to revive stalled US-Iran talks. Iran's Foreign Ministry says bilateral ties between the two countries have reached one of their strongest stages.
