وفاقی حکومت کی جانب سے معاشی استحکام اور ملک میں سرمایہ کاری لانے کیلئے بنائے گئے فورم "سپیشل انویسٹمنٹ فسیلی ٹیشن کونسل" نے اربوں ڈالرز کے ایسے 28 بڑے منصوبوں کی منظوری دے دی ہے جن میں خلیجی ممالک کو سرمایہ کاری کی دعوت دی جائے گی جبکہ ان پراجیکٹس میں دیامیر بھاشا ڈیم کی تعمیر اور بلوچستان میں ریکوڈک منصوبہ بھی شامل ہیں۔

سپیشل انویسٹمنٹ فیسیلی ٹیشن کونسل کے پہلے اجلاس کے اعلامیہ کے مطابق غیر ملکی سرمایہ کاری میں حائل رکاوٹیں دور کرے گی، یہ کونسل سرمایہ کاروں کیلئے ون ونڈو کا کردار ادا کرے گی جبکہ زراعت، لائیو سٹاک، کان کنی اور انفارمیشن ٹیکنالوجی کے شعبوں میں صلاحیتوں کے علاوہ توانائی اور زرعی پیداوار میں بھی اصل ملکی صلاحیت سے استفادہ کیا جائے گا۔
