آج پارلیمنٹ متحد ہے تو اسے چاہیے کہ وہ پارلیمان کی توقیر کے لیے بھی کچھ کرے۔ ارکان پارلیمان کب تک اپنا استحصال کرواتے رہیں گے؟ اگر عوام نے انہیں منتخب کرکے بھیجا ہے تو حکومت کرنا ان کا کام ہے، ادارے ان کے ماتحت ہیں، وہ اداروں کے ماتحت نہیں۔ یہ ایک بیس، ایک بیس کا کھیل اب ختم کرنا ہوگا ورنہ آپ ختم ہوجائیں گے اورآپ کا نشان بھی نہیں ملے گا۔

Speaking to religious scholars in Islamabad, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said Pakistan will not progress through “magic” or shortcuts but through hard work, unity and respect for the armed forces. He hailed the army’s performance against India, urged clerics to fight sectarianism and argued that tough decisions by political and military leaders have helped pull the economy back from the edge of default.
