Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and his Qatari counterpart agreed to deepen security cooperation in Doha this week, as Pakistan and Qatar push behind the scenes to salvage the Islamabad MoU and bring Washington and Tehran back to the table.

Kuwait's Amir has formally ratified the defence cooperation agreement with Pakistan by decree, published in the official gazette. The agreement covers training, logistics, military intelligence, defence industries and a joint military committee.
