نئے بجٹ میں انفارمیشن ٹیکنالوجی کے کاروبار کیلئے وینچر کیپیٹل فنڈ قائم کیا جا رہا ہے جس کیلئے 5 ارب روپے مختص کیے گئے ہیں۔ آئی ٹی سروسز پر سیل ٹیکس 15 فیصد سے کم کر کے 5 فیصد کیا گیا ہے جبکہ قرضہ جات کی فراہمی کی ترغیب دینے کیلئے بینکوں کو 20 فیصد کے رعایتی ٹیکس کا استفادہ حاصل ہو گا۔ مزید برآں، 50 ہزار آئی ٹی گریجویٹس کو پروفیشنل ٹریننگ دینے کیلئے سکیم تیار کی جا رہی ہے۔
