This new venture is set to be completed by 2027 and is part of Arada’s broader expansion within Dubai’s competitive luxury property market.
The residences will range from one-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom options, including exclusive rooftop penthouses with private pools. What makes this project stand out is the array of facilities on offer, designed to appeal to an international, affluent clientele. Dubai’s longest infinity pool with views of Ain Dubai
A focal point of the W Residences is the 200-metre-long infinity pool, which will become the longest of its kind in Dubai.
