TLDR

• Arada reveals luxury Dubai seafront residences

• Longest infinity pool with Ain Dubai views

• Exclusive smart-tech apartments with luxury amenities

DUBAI (The Thursday Times) — Arada, a major property developer in the UAE, has unveiled plans for a high-end, three-tower residential development on the seafront, called W Residences at Dubai Harbour. The project, which is being developed in partnership with Marriott International, promises to deliver over four hundred luxury apartments, all equipped with the latest smart technologies and upscale finishes. This new venture is set to be completed by 2027 and is part of Arada’s broader expansion within Dubai’s competitive luxury property market.

The residences will range from one-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom options, including exclusive rooftop penthouses with private pools. What makes this project stand out is the array of facilities on offer, designed to appeal to an international, affluent clientele. Each unit has been designed with open, stylish layouts, floor-to-ceiling windows, and high-end finishes that reflect modern urban living.

Dubai’s longest infinity pool with views of Ain Dubai

A focal point of the W Residences is the 200-metre-long infinity pool, which will become the longest of its kind in Dubai. This architectural feature will offer uninterrupted views of Ain Dubai, creating a visually stunning centrepiece for the development. The infinity pool will be part of a larger podium area that connects the three towers and will serve as a hub for leisure and relaxation.

While the infinity pool is a key attraction, residents will also have access to a number of additional amenities. These include a lounge, a fitness centre, and wellness facilities, all within easy reach. The development also boasts a music recording studio, sports simulator room, games room, in-house cinema, and multiple fine dining restaurants, catering to the diverse tastes of future residents.

A new bridge to ease access

Positioned within Dubai Harbour, the W Residences will benefit from its seafront location, with easy access to some of the city’s most famous landmarks. To further enhance convenience, a new bridge is set to be constructed, directly linking the development to Sheikh Zayed Road, easing traffic concerns around the busy Dubai Marina area. This new infrastructure development is expected to make commuting more manageable for residents, especially given the increased traffic volumes in the Marina district.

With its modern facilities, prime location, and high-profile collaboration with Marriott, the W Residences at Dubai Harbour offers a glimpse into the future of luxury living in Dubai. This marks Arada’s third project in Dubai, further cementing its status as a key player in the city’s property development landscape.

Luxurious yet functional interiors

The interior design of the residences reflects a blend of opulence and functionality. Apartments will be outfitted with smart technology systems, offering convenience at residents’ fingertips. Floor-to-ceiling windows will flood the apartments with natural light, while the use of high-quality materials ensures a seamless blend of comfort and luxury. Buyers will have the option to customise their residences to meet individual preferences, adding another layer of exclusivity to the offering.

The development is expected to attract a global mix of buyers, drawn not only by the luxury lifestyle on offer but also by Dubai’s growing reputation as a hub for international investment. With the collaboration between Arada and Marriott International, buyers can expect an exceptional living experience that merges innovative design with world-class amenities.
