حکومت کی جانب سے پٹرول اور ڈیزل کی قیمتوں میں اضافہ کردیا گیا۔ پیٹرول کی قیمت میں 3 روپے 72 پیسے فی لیٹر اضافہ جبکہ ڈیزل کی قیمت میں بھی 3 روپے 29 پیسے فی لیٹر اضافہ کردیا گیا۔

پاکستان سٹاک مارکیٹ نے نئی تاریخ رقم کردی۔ 100 انڈیکس نے تاریخ میں پہلی مرتبہ لاکھ پوائنٹس کا سنگ میل عبور کرلیا۔ کاروباری دن کے آغاز میں ہی زبردست تیزی دیکھی گئی اور 100 انڈیکس نے 1 لاکھ 368 پوائنٹس کی سطح تک پہنچ کر ایک نئی بلندی کو چھولیا۔
