حکومت کے پاس آئینی ترمیم کیلئے دو تہائی اکثریت موجود ہے مگر حکومت تمام سیاسی جماعتوں سے اتفاقِ رائے چاہتی ہے، میں بھرپور کوشش کررہا ہوں کہ اتفاقِ رائے قائم ہو لیکن اگر اتفاقِ رائے نہ ہوا تو حکومت کا یہ مؤقف درست ہو گا کہ وقت ضائع نہ کیا جائے۔
