پنجاب اسمبلی کے ہنگامہ خیز اجلاس کے بعد مسلم لیگ ن کے حمزہ شہباز 197 ووٹ لیکرپنجاب کے 21ویں وزیراعلی پنجاب منتخب ہوگئے ڈپٹی سپیکر نے نتیجہ کا اعلان کرتے ہوئے بتایا کہ پرویز الہی کو کوئی ووٹ نہیں پڑا۔

قائد ایوان منتخب ہونے کیلئے 186 ووٹ درکار تھے لیکن حمزہ شہباز نے اس سے 11 زیادہ ووٹ حاصل کیے اورانکو 197 ووٹ ملے۔

آج جب اجلاس شروع ہوا تو اسمبلی میدان جنگ بن گئی ڈپٹی اسپیکر دوست محمد مزاری نے جب اجلاس کی کاروائی شروع کی تو ان پر تحریک انصاف اور مسلم لیگ ق کےاراکین نے ڈپٹی اسپیکرکو تشدد کا نشانہ بنایا اور پھر انکی سیکیورٹی نے بڑی مشکل سے انکوایوان سے وہاں نکالا۔

واضع رہے کہ تحریک انصاف اور مسلم لیگ ق نے انتخاب کا بائیکاٹ کردیا تھا۔
