اگر بھارت پاکستان پر حملہ کرے تو بنگلہ دیش کو بھارت پر چڑھائی کر کے ساتوں شمال مشرقی ریاستوں پر قبضہ کر لینا چاہیے۔ پاکستان، بنگلہ دیش کو چین کے ساتھ مل کر ایک علاقائی اتحاد بنانا ہوگا تاکہ بھارت کو عسکری جواب دیا جا سکے۔ بھارت کی جارحیت کو روکنے کے لیے شمال مشرقی ریاستوں پر قبضہ ضروری حکمت عملی ہے۔
