ABU DHABI (The Thursday Times) — The United Arab Emirates has condemned in the strongest terms a series of terrorist attacks in Pakistan’s southwestern province of Balochistan, which resulted in multiple fatalities and injuries, according to an official statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The ministry said the UAE firmly rejects all forms of violence, extremism and terrorism, describing the attacks as criminal acts aimed at undermining security and stability in the region. It reaffirmed Abu Dhabi’s long-standing position against terrorism in all its manifestations, regardless of motive or location.
In its statement, the UAE extended sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims, as well as to the government and people of Pakistan, expressing solidarity with the country in the wake of the attacks.
The condemnation comes as Pakistan continues security operations across Balochistan following coordinated assaults that targeted both security installations and civilian areas, prompting international reactions and expressions of support from allied states.
