جج ہمایوں دلاور نے فیصلہ سناتے ہوئے کہا کہ سابق وزیراعظم عمران خان پر الزامات ثابت ہوتے ہیں، عمران خان پر جھوٹے اثاثے ظاہر کرنے کا الزام ثابت ہوتا ہے، قابلِ سماعت ہونے کی درخواست مسترد کی جاتی ہے۔

عدالت نے عمران خان کے وارنٹ گرفتاری بھی جاری کر دیئے جبکہ جرمانہ ادا نہ کرنے کی صورت میں عمران خان کو مزید 6 ماہ قید کاٹنا ہو گی۔

توشہ خانہ فوجداری کیس کا فیصلہ سنائے جانے سے کچھ دیر بعد تحریکِ انصاف کے چیئرمین عمران خان کو زمان پارک لاہور میں ان کی رہائش گاہ سے گرفتار کر لیا گیا۔
